Behind KindyConnect is Dianna — an early childhood educator of nearly three decades, a play therapist in training, and the founder of Equichild Play & Wellbeing Therapy. Across kindergartens, therapy spaces, and equine-assisted programs, Dianna has spent her life walking alongside children as they grow, explore, and discover who they are.

Over the years, one truth became clear: many children enter early learning environments carrying far more than their school bag.

Some children come carrying big feelings.
Some come carrying invisible worries.
Some come unsure if the world is safe enough to fully be themselves.

And yet most systems focus on what children should achieve, rather than what they need to feel safe, connected, and ready to learn.
