The Feeling Thermometer Poster and Alert Cards invite children to explore and recognise the different levels of feelings they may experience throughout the day.
 
Using a simple visual scale, the Feeling Thermometer helps children begin to notice when their emotions are calm and settled, when they are starting to feel a little unsettled, or when their feelings may be becoming bigger and harder to manage. By learning to recognise these changes, children can begin to understand their emotional experiences and seek support when needed.
 
The accompanying Alert Cards provide additional visual cues that help children recognise body signals and emotional states at different points on the thermometer.
