The Contributor Cards invite children to explore the many ways they can contribute to their community, group and shared environment.
Rather than focusing only on individual achievement, these cards gently guide children to notice how their actions can support others. Simple contributions such as helping a friend, caring for shared spaces, offering ideas, or working together help children develop a sense of belonging and responsibility within a group.
Through conversation and reflection, children begin to understand that everyone has something valuable to offer. Each small act of contribution helps build connection, cooperation and confidence in their role within the community.
The cards can be used during conversations, reflection moments, play sessions, or group discussions. They offer meaningful prompts that encourage children to recognise how they can participate, help and make a positive difference.
Grounded in strengths-based practice and the Equichild Framework, the Contributor Cards support educators, therapists and facilitators to nurture cooperation, responsibility and a sense of shared belonging.
